Step One:
Schedule your free 15 minute consultation to assess for fit. We want to make sure we can help. If we can't, we'll provide referrals for someone who may be better suited to meet your needs.
Step Two:
Schedule an introductory session
Scheduling an introductory coaching session is the first step in the coaching process. This will give us the opportunity to discuss goals, explore current and past challenges, and begin developing a personalized plan. The introductory coaching session is $130. Please plan on meeting for 1 hour. At the end of this session, we will make recommendations for moving forward and discuss options for helping you achieve you goals.
Step Three:
The Coaching Process
Coaching begins with highlighting your interests and talents, designing goals, and co-creating your personalized plan . You choose your target goals, we provide direction and support.
We use assessments and active inquiry (coaching conversations) to help you begin working towards your goals and creating the life that you desire. Find your path. Live the life you love.
