Our 3 Step Approach

We can all benefit from developing a deeper understanding of who we are and what motivates us. Together we will use a simple, three-step process that will allow us to leverage your strengths, values, and aspirations in order to help you achieve your desired outcomes.

Step One: Assess

First, we will identify your overall goals and develop a unique strategy to help you reach those goals. Often this strategy involves taking an assessment or two.  Our assessments help identify personal strengths, behavioral styles, and personal interests.

Step Two: Develop Your Plan

Next, we design a Launch Plan developed specifically for you. Together we explore and highlight your strengths, interests, and potential areas of development and zero in on your desired outcomes. We help you create a plan for reaching your short- and long-term goals. We also explore the role that habits (effective and ineffective behaviors) might play out as we pursue your goals, and look at habit transformation when appropriate.

Step Three: Execute

Finally, we execute your Launch Plan. You take what you’ve learned and begin applying it across the board. We are here every step of the way to help with accountability and strategy development until you are ready to continue on your path independently. And, we are always here to provide ongoing support and coaching as needed.
