High-Level Coaching for Career, Relationships, and Life
Launch Coaching and Mentoring evolved from the ongoing theme that there isn't enough direction provided at the educational level to help students decide on a career or make other important life decisions. We are here to fill that gap, as well as to provide ongoing coaching as you move into the career that best suits you and your unique set of interests and skills.
Our Launch Program is designed for anyone looking to maximize their potential while living a fulfilling, meaningful life.
About your Coach
Donny is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Executive Coach. In conjunction with his role as a therapist and coach, Donny is the Director of Operations for the Minnesota Clinic for Health and Wellness. He also sits on the board of the Health and Wellness Collaborative, a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide behavioral health, mind-body, and psychiatric services to under-served populations.
Donny has a passion for helping clients develop confidence, interpersonal and workplace skills, healthy habits, and a resilient mindset. He has 20 years of leadership and coaching experience in a variety of contexts, and is ready to help you begin achieving your goals today!
